Nhasean Murphy led Albertus Magnus College last week with nine hits and three doubles.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK Nhasean Murphy, Albertus Magnus (Sr., OF - Manchester, Conn.) - Murphy led the Falcons last week with nine hits and three doubles. The senior outfielder finished the six games with a .500/.550/1.000 slash line with six runs, nine RBIs, two home runs, and a stolen base. He helped Albertus post a 4-2 record with a pair of GNAC victories. Murphy tallied four multi-hit games, doing so in both ends of AMC's Sunday sweep of Colby-Sawyer.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK Anthony Pingeton, Anna Maria (So., RHP - Charlton, Mass.) - Pingeton continued his outstanding play this week, going 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA over ten innings, striking out 14 batters in games against Gordon and Lasell.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Shawn Smith, Albertus Magnus (Fr., INF - Shelton, Conn.) Smith tallied a .533/.588/1.200 slash line for the Falcons last week, helping the team post a 4-2 record. The freshman led Albertus with a .533 batting average (8-for-15), seven runs, and three home runs, in addition to recording five RBIs and a double. The highlight of his week came in AMC's game one win over Purchase State on Monday, when he tallied two homers on three hits with three runs and three RBIs. Smith also collected a win on the pitching mound, as he tossed a scoreless 1.1 innings of relief to earn the nightcap victory over Colby-Sawyer on Sunday.

GNAC WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Corey Cochran, Rivier (Sr., P - Salem, N.H.) - Cochran had a perfect game against Colby-Sawyer in game one at the plate. He was 4-for-4 with three runs scored and one RBI. He then followed that up with a complete game on the mound allowing just seven hits, two earned runs and five strikeouts.
Matthew Fletcher, Lasell (Fr., P - Wethersfield, Conn.) - Fletcher appeared in four games during the week, beginning with a start April 18 against Lesley in which he earned the win after allowing just two hits, one walk, and one run in six innings of work. He also picked up two saves in victories over Anna Maria and Norwich.
Drew Healey, Saint Joseph's (Me.) (Gr., INF - Rochester, N.H.) - Healey hit .409 (9-22) with six runs, a double, a home run and seven RBI in a 6-1 week for the Monks. The grad infielder posted a .519 OBP and had at least one hit in six of the seven games with the highlight being a 3-for-4 performance with a double and three RBI in the opener at Dean College on Saturday.
Jason Johnson, Saint Joseph's (Me.) (Fr., RHP - Thomaston, Conn.) - Johnson tossed five one-hit innings while fanning six batters to pick up his third win of the year in a 7-0 triumph at Dean College on Saturday.
Brandon Kelly, Rivier (Sr., P - Lincoln, R.I.) - Kelly pitched a gem against Colby-Sawyer this past weekend in conference action. He pitched a complete game shutout against the Chargers to pick up the Raiders' second conference win of the 2022 campaign. In his seven innings of work Kelly allowed just two hits and struck out seven.
Ryan Miller, Norwich (Fr., 1B/P - Westhampton, N.Y.) - Miller tossed another gem on the mound on Saturday against Elms, allowing just one earned run on five hits in five and two-third innings. He walked three and fanned five batters to improve to 3-3 on the season. At the plate, Miller posted three hits, one walk and four RBI in 16 at-bats. He also scored a run.
Jack Mullen, Colby-Sawyer (Fr., P - Norfolk, Mass.) - Mullen was dominant this week in his two appearances for the Chargers. In his only start against Rivier, Mullen took a no-hit bid into the sixth inning and only allowed two hits throughout the day while striking out nine.
Jeremy Rosenberg, Anna Maria (Fr., INF/LHP - Boynton Beach, Fla.) - Rosenberg hit .471/.450/.824 for the week, including his second career home run, three doubles, and six runs batted in.
Jason Shell, Anna Maria (Gr., OF/LHP - Sandwich, Mass.) - Shell hit .476/.500/.905 for the week with three doubles, three triples and five runs batted in to lead the AMCATS to a 4-1 record. For the season, he leads Anna Maria in total hits, triples, home runs and slugging percentage.
Michael Wearne, Saint Joseph's (Me.) (Fr., INF - Ellington, Conn.) - Wearne sparked the Monks to a 6-1 week by hitting .400 (8-20) with three runs, a double and three RBI. The freshman standout had two hits in three different games and made 20 plays in the field - while logging time at first, second and third base and in right field - without making an error.
