GNAC Men's Golf Report: Week 5
After winning the GNAC Championship last week, SJC rookie Drew Mathieu followed up by being the top finisher amongst GNAC golfers at the 86th Annual NEIGA Championship this past Sunday-Monday.

GOLFER / ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Drew Mathieu, Saint Joseph's of Maine (Fr., Windham, Maine) - After being named the GNAC Golfer and Rookie of the Year by virtue of earning medalist honors at the GNAC Championship Oct. 11-12, Mathieu followed up by being the top GNAC finisher at the 86th Annual NEIGA Championship at The Captains Course in Brewster, Mass. The freshman carded a 79-79--158 (+14) to finish tied for 19th amidst the coldy and windy conditions down on the Cape, as the Monks now look ahead to their NCAA Tournament appearance in the spring after capturing the GNAC team title.
