PLAYER OF THE WEEK Mpumelelo Maphumulo, Lasell (So., M) Sophomore midfielder Mpumelelo Maphumulo earns Player of the Week honors after an impressive performance, tallying two goals and one assist across two games as the Lasers finished the week 1-0-1. On Tuesday (Oct. 15), Maphumulo provided an assist in a 2-2 tie against Norwich. Then, on Saturday (Oct. 19), he notched two goals, including the game-winner, in a thrilling 3-2 victory over Anna Maria. |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Hayden Walker, New England College (Sr., GK) Senior goalkeeper Hayden Walker has been named the GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week for the third consecutive time after an impressive performance this past week, making 12 saves while allowing just one goal as the Pilgrims finished 1-1-0. On Tuesday (Oct. 15) against Colby-Sawyer, Walker recorded four saves, conceding only one goal. Then, on Saturday (Oct. 19), he achieved an eight-save shutout, leading the Pilgrims to a 2-0 victory against Mitchell. Over the week, Walker posted a remarkable .923 save percentage. He currently ranks third in the GNAC in both goals against average (0.95) and save percentage (.859). |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Jacob Beck, Emmanuel (Fy., D) First-year defender Jacob Beck made significant contributions this past week, recording one goal and one assist to help the Saints secure a 2-0 record in conference play. On Tuesday (Oct. 15), he scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 victory over the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.). Then, on Saturday (Oct. 19), Beck added an assist in the Saints' commanding 4-0 win over Mitchell. The rookie now boasts a season total of four goals and two assists. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Rubelsi Moran, Anna Maria - Senior forward Rubelsi Moran notched one goal in a 2-2 draw against Regis and tacked on another in a 3-2 loss to Lasell.
Joe Anderson, Emmanuel - Saints forward Joe Anderson made a significant impact this past week, scoring two penalty goals to help Emmanuel secure a 2-0 record. He netted one goal in the 2-0 victory over the University of Saint Joseph and then delivered the game-winner with another penalty in a commanding 4-0 win against Mitchell.
Declan Caster, Johnson & Wales - The senior goalkeeper had a solid performance this past week, making eight saves while allowing just two goals as the Wildcats finished with a 0-0-2 record. He stopped four shots in a 1-1 tie against Albertus Magnus and matched that effort with another four saves in a 1-1 draw at Rivier.
Jonathan Rudy, Rivier - Scored the Raiders lone goal in a 1-1 draw against Johnson & Wales. Also had three shots in the match.
