TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Nick Ware, Emmanuel (So.) Emmanuel sophomore Nick Ware claimed second place in the 5,000 meter run at the Reggie Lewis Open. The Rehoboth, Mass. native set an indoor personal record with a time of 17:27.05 for the Saints. |

FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Pierre Paul Labossiere, Emmanuel (Jr.) Junior Pierre Paul Labossiere posted a third place finish in the triple jump thanks to a distance of 12.62 meters. The Port-au-Prince, Haiti native added a seventh place finish in the high jump, clearing the bar at 1.80 meters at the Reggie Lewis Open. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Lawrence Knight, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Fr.) First-Year Lawrence Knight had a solid performance in the Triple Jump as the East Rutherford, NJ native recorded a mark of 11.86m to finish 17th in a strong field at Boston University's John Terrier Classic. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Cody Thompson, Colby-Sawyer - Set a personal record at the Terrier Classic this weekend in the mile event against some of the top Division 1 competition in the U.S., finishing 186th in the mile with a time of 4:24.65.
Matthew Gaudioso, Colby-Sawyer - Set a new shot put personal best (10.98) for 12th place and then went on to jump a new best in the triple jump for fifth place (10.70m).
Jacob Schmader, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Set a new school record in the 400 meters, running at 49.50 to place 15th in a highly competitive field. He also ran the 200 meters, finishing at 22.76, and anchored the 4x400 relay, with a time of 3:22.55 (16th place).
