MITF: Ramadan Named First Team All-American; Three Earn All-Region Honors
WINTHROP, Mass. - Saint Joseph's (Maine) Junior Haytham Ramadan finished fifth overall in the 800 meters event at the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, held this past weekend at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama. By virtue of his top-eight finish, Ramadan secured First Team United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) All-America honors. Ramadan also collected All-Region honors in the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.99 (2026 Tufts Final Qualifier). His teammate Stephen Pierre earned All-Region recognition in the long jump with his mark at the New England DIII regionals, which placed him 10th (6.52m). Regis' Justin Thuotte also earned USTFCCCA all-region honors after two top-20 finishes at the 2026 NCAA Division III New England Regionals, in which the senior placed 17th in the Long Jump (6.36m) and the Triple Jump (12.87m).
