Emmanuel's Jyles Amirault was named GNAC Offensive Player and Rookie of the Week for his performance against Boston rival Emerson on Friday night.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER / ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Jyles Amirault, Emmanuel (Mass.) (Fr, OH - Andover, Mass.) - Amirault averaged 3.17 kills and 1.50 digs per set in a 1-1 week. In a sweep of Emerson on Friday evening, the back-to-back GNAC Rookie of the Week hit .206 and totaled 13 kills (4.33 per set).

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Kostea Andreenko, Regis (Mass.) (Sr., M - Marstons Mills, Mass.) - Andreenko led the Pride at the net during the team's victory over Eastern Nazarene Friday night. After collecting a team-high six kills along with a block assist against Wentworth Wednesday, Andreenko earned a career-high eight total blocks to go along with six kills, one service ace, and two digs as the Pride defeated the Lions in four sets. Andreenko had three blocks in both the first and fourth sets as Regis took the early lead and then clinched the match, as the senior averaged 1.29 blocks per set on the 1-1 week.

HONOR ROLL
Orlando Plagata, Colby-Sawyer (Sr, OH - Los Angeles, Calif.) - Plagata averaged 3.50 kills and 2.25 digs per set in a four-set loss to Nichols.
Carlos Mercado, Elms (Senior, S) - The reigning GNAC Offensive Player of the Week averaged 3.50 kills and 1.25 blocks per set while hitting .145 in a four-set loss to Nichols.
Moose Perry, Elms (Junior, MH) - Perry had eight kills and six total blocks in a four-set loss to Nichols on Sunday.
Neiko Pittman, Emerson (Sophomore, MB) - Pittman averaged 3.14 kills, 1.71 digs, and 1.00 blocks per set while hitting .245 in setbacks to Nichols and Emmanuel last week.
