OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Hunter Oshman, Wentworth (Sr., RS - Pennington, N.J.) - Oshman was named to the SUNY Poly Wildcat Invitational All-Tournament Team, overall averaging 2.45 kills and 1.64 digs per set in a five-game week. His top performances came against Emmanuel (14 kills, .400) and Nazareth (13 kills, .522). |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Matthew Zegowitz, Wentworth (Fr., MH - Westford, Mass.) - Zegowitz averaged 0.95 kills (.529) and 0.91 blocks per set last week across five contests, as the Leopards opened the season with a 2-3 showing. |
GNAC HONOR ROLL
Austin Ponsness, Colby-Sawyer (Jr, MB - Queen Creek, Ariz.) - Ponsness debuted with Colby-Sawyer in a big way with 18 kills, nine digs and four total blocks in a five-set loss to Sage.
Louis Dasilva, Emmanuel (Mass.) (So, MB - New Bedford, Mass.) - DaSilva paced the Saints with 27.5 points on the week coming on 20 kills, 11 block assists and a pair of aces. The sophomore middle hitter averaged 2.00 kills per set including a team-high effort in both the squads wins over the weekend vs. Drew and Bard. He hit at an efficient .333 clip (20-6-42) and also added three digs over the three matches for Emmanuel.
Joseph Perez, Regis (Mass.) (Jr., OH - Miami, Fla.) - After collecting six kills and two digs in the season opener at MIT, Joseph Perez led the Pride with 10 kills in Wednesday's sweep over Sage. He also earned three digs and a block assist in the match.
