Offensive Player Of The Week
Jasper Schultz, Lasell (Sr.)
Senior Jasper Schultz exploded for 31 kills (6.20 per set) on .344 hitting in a five-set win over #11 Wentworth, totaling 33.5 points in the victory and added seven digs, four blocks, and handled 21 receptions at a .952 clip, delivering a dominant all-around performance in the conference matchup for the #14 ranked Lasers.
Defensive Player Of The Week
Chris Bousquet, Elms (Fr.)
Freshman Chris Bousquet anchored the back row in two matches, totaling 32 digs (3.56 per set) while handling 45 receptions at a .956 clip. He recorded 20 digs and 24 receptions at Bard, then added 12 digs and 21 receptions in a four-set conference win at Regis, committing just two reception errors across nine sets.
Setter Of The Week
Hunter Ladouceur, Elms (So.)
Sophomore Hunter Ladouceur dished out 77 assists (8.56 per set) over two matches, including 43 in a five-set battle at Bard and 34 more in a four-set conference win at Regis. Ladouceur added 16 digs, four total blocks, and a service ace while directing the offense across nine sets.
Rookie Of The Week
Branch Barnes, Lasell (Fr.)
Freshman Branch Barnes posted a triple-double in the five-set conference win over Wentworth, finishing with 11 kills, 30 assists, and 12 digs. Added three blocks and a service ace while totaling 13.5 points and handling four receptions cleanly in a standout all-around performance.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Nick Uschmann, Elms - Uschmann totaled 33 kills on .329% with 18 digs and nine total blocks in a 1-1 week for the Blazers. He put up a double-double in a five-set match against Bard with 16 kills and 11 digs and followed up with 17 kills and six blocks in a win over Regis.
Trystan Maloney, Lasell - Maloney guided the offense to a pair of conference wins, totaling 50 assists (6.25 per set) across two matches. Handed out 33 assists in a five-set victory over Wentworth and followed with 17 assists in a sweep of Emerson. He added 11 digs, three blocks, two service aces, and two kills while hitting .667 on the week.
Teddy Teraszkiewicz, Lasell - Teraszkiewicz had 16 kills and 15 digs with five blocks on the week, including a double-double with 14 kills and 13 digs with four total blocks in a five-set victory over Wentworth.
Evan Shank, Regis - Shank totaled 71 assists (10.14 per set) over seven sets, adding 18 digs, three kills, and seven points on the week. He opened with 31 assists and nine digs against Rivier, then followed with 40 assists, nine digs, and three kills in a four-set match versus Elms, continuing to pace the offense in back-to-back conference contests.
Jalen Watt, Regis - Watt totaled 32 kills (4.57 per set) on 64 swings with a .391 hitting percentage over two matches, adding three service aces and 14 digs. He opened with 12 kills against Rivier before erupting for a season-best 20 kills on .415 hitting in a four-set match versus Elms, adding 11 digs and three blocks while averaging 5.6 points per set.
Tyler Dickinson, Rivier - Dickinson recorded 21 kills (3.50 k/s) with a .571 hitting percentage and seven total blocks (1/17 b/s) in the 1-1 week for the Raiders. Recorded 15 kills (5.00 k/s), a .560 hitting percentage, 17.5 points (5.8 pts/s), and three block assists in the 3-0 win over Regis (Mass.). Added six kills (2.00 k/s) and four block assists against No. 17 MIT.
