Offensive Player Of The Week
Tyler Dickinson, Rivier (Jr.)
Junior Tyler Dickinson delivered a dominant all-around week in a 2-0 showing for the Raiders, totaling 22 kills on a .341 hitting percentage while adding 12 total blocks (1.50 b/s). The junior middle was especially impactful in a five-set win over Nichols, recording 13 kills and nine blocks to anchor the net on both ends.
Defensive Player Of The Week
Ryan Mesnik, Lasell (So.)
Sophomore Ryan Mesnik anchored the back row for Lasell with a strong all-around defensive week, totaling 44 digs (3.14/set) across three matches while posting an excellent .959 reception percentage. The sophomore libero was a steady presence against a challenging slate, consistently limiting errors and helping Lasell stay competitive in key rallies.
Setter Of The Week
Evan Shank, Regis (Jr.)
Junior Evan Shank totaled 106 assists in a 1-2 week for the Pride. He opened with 22 assists in a setback to nationally ranked WIT. He then had 36 (12 a/s) and six digs in a sweep over Sarah Lawrence before finishing his week by setting a new program record for assists in a four-set match with 48 against St. Joseph's (L.I.), where he also added 12 digs. On the week he totaled five aces and 20 digs.
Rookie Of The Week
Mario Cielo-Salinas, Emerson (Fr.)
Freshman Mario Cielo-Salinas led the Lions offensively with 3.29 kills per set and a team-high 27.0 points across a 1-1 week, adding value from the service line and at the net. He powered a key 3-1 win over Dean with 15 kills, three aces, and six digs, showcasing his all-around impact.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Nick Uschmann, Elms - Uschmann produced 29 kills (4.14 k/s) and 34.0 points (4.9 pts/s), consistently carrying a heavy load across two matches against nationally-ranked Lasell and Wentworth.
Ryan Chen, Emerson - Chen dished out 8.43 assists per set in a 1-1 week for the Lions, also contributing 0.14 service aces, 0.57 blocks and 1.00 digs per set over the two matches as he engineered the Emerson attack in Saturday's 3-1 win over Dean with 37 assists, adding a kill and ace with four digs and four block assists. Chen dished out 22 assists with two aces, a kill and three digs at Rivier on Thursday.
Jasper Schultz, Lasell - Schultz totaled 35 kills on a .247%, including 17 in a five-set match against RV Hobart.
Adam Bonica, Regis - Bonica totaled 37 kills (3.7 k/s), 40.5 points (4 pt/s), 16 digs, and six blocks. His week was higlighted by the Pride's Long Island tri-match where he strung together matches of 14 and 16 kills, respectively, to lead the Crimson and Gold. Against Sarah Lawrence, he also added four digs and one block before his six dig and three block performance against St. Joseph's (L.I.).
Justin Barish, Rivier - Barish recorded 53 assists (6.63 a/s) with five digs in the 2-0 week and opened the week with 31 assists (6.20 a/s) in the 3-2 win over Nichols. Barish added 22 assists (7.33 a/s) in the sweep over Emerson.
Brayden Green, Wentworth - Green totaled 70 assists (10.00 per set) in a 3-0 week for Wentworth.
