PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Chantelle Bouchard, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Sr.)
Senior Chantelle Bouchard batted .600 (9-for-15) with five runs, two doubles, a home run, and four RBI's in a 2-2 week. She went 4-for-4 with a double against Bates and added a 3-for-4 performance with three runs and two RBI in the opener at New England College. She capped the week with a go-ahead two-run homer in the 8th inning to secure a 7–6 win and GNAC sweep.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Piper Kinney, Simmons (Sr.)
Senior Piper Kinney went 2-0 in the circle, throwing 9.0 innings with 11 strikeouts, allowing just four hits and no earned runs, including one complete game win. At the plate, she hit .625 with two multi-hit games, helping lead the Monks to a sweep over Rivier.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kaylee Scott, Colby-Sawyer (Fr.)
Freshman Kaylee Scott hit .364 (4-for-11) with two home runs, a double, and four RBI on the week, recording her first collegiate home runs. She had a breakout game in an 8–5 win over Emmanuel, going 3-for-4 with two runs, three RBI's, a double, and a home run, and followed it up with another homer in the next game.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Annabelle Jabs, Albertus Magnus - Jabs went 2-0 on the week with wins over Farmingdale State and USJ with a 2.56 ERA in 13.2 innings and struck out eight in complete game shutout against USJ on Saturday.
Mikayla Schwippert, Albertus Magnus - Schwippert had a .455/.571/.545 slash line, including a 3-for-3 performance in game one win over USJ on Saturday.
Larissa Daigle, Colby-Sawyer - Daigle extended her hitting streak to five games during the four games this week for the Chargers. She totaled a .444 batting average with 7 rbis, and three straight games with home runs to mark a career week for the Junior. She helped power the Chargers to a comeback win over Emmanuel in game one of the doubleheader. She added to her totals with a .500 obp and 1.444 slugging.
Reece Hebert, Elms - Hebert pitched 11.0 innings with 11 striekouts in three appearances (1-1) for the Blazers.
Abigail Fortin, Lasell - Fortin went 2-0 in the circle in 8.2 innings of work with two wins over Mitchell and six strikeouts, posting a 0.81 ERA.
Kate Julian, Regis - Julian tossed four shutout innings, allowing just one hit while striking out five to secure the win in a 16-0 victory. She finished with a 0.00 ERA and a 1.00 WHIP, anchoring the Pride in the circle.
Sophia Quinlan, Rivier - Quinlan slashed a .471/.526/.706 with eight hits, four doubles, four RBI, three runs scored, and a perfect fielding percentage in the 3-3 week for the Raiders and went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored in the 4-2 win over Colby-Sawyer. She added a 2-for-3 day in game two against Wentworth.
Nevaeh Eth, Simmons - Eth went 4-for-4 against Rivier in game one of their doubleheader sweep over Rivier.
Analise Escarraman, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Escarraman had a stellar week in the circle for USJ, posting a 2-0 record with a 2.05 ERA, a 1.02 WHIP and eight total strikeouts. She started the week by tossing five strikeouts over 6.2 innings in a 7-5 win at Anna Maria and concluded her week by pitching a one-hit complete game gem against Albertus Magnus, striking out three batters to lead USJ to a 6-0 victory.
Lorynes Suriel, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Suriel paced the USJ offense during a 2-2 week, slashing .545/.571/.636 with six hits, one double, one RBI an two stolen bases. Suriel started the week with a 3-for-4 outing in game-one against Anna Maria, before notching a double and one run scored in a 7-5 win against the AMCATS and carried her momentum into a doubleheader against Albertus Magnus, going 2-for-3 in game one, stealing one base, before notching an RBI, one run scored and another stolen base in game two.
