MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ryan Farr, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (So., Gorham, Maine) - Farr placed 12th in the 200 Meter Dash (23.88) and 17th in the 100 Meter Dash with a 11.82 mark at Bridgewater State on Saturday. |

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ashleigh Kelley, Regis (Sr., Stoneham, Mass.) - Kelley started the outdoor season by breaking her own school record in the 1500 meter run Saturday at the BSU Bears Invitational. She posted a time of 5:01.18 to finish first among Division III runners and third overall behind only two competitors from Division I Merrimack College. That time was over five seconds faster than the previous standard she established three years ago at the 2019 ECSU Invitational. |

MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Alex Kusnarowis, Colby-Sawyer (Sr., Concord, N.H.) - Kusnarowis was one of four Colby-Sawyer men to ever compete in a collegiate outdoor meet. The veteran collected a new personal record in the discus throw event with a new distance of 32.93m. |

WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Brooklyn Goff, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (So., Biddeford, Maine) - Goff placed fourth in the 400 Hurdles (1:15.12), seventh in High Jump (1.52m), and 10th in the 100 Hurdles 17.91 for a stellar first day at Bridgewater State on Saturday |

MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Dylan Flewelling, Colby-Sawyer (Fr., Oakland, Maine) - The Chargers rookie competed in the 10k event with Flewelling brining home second place with a time of 35:28.63 |

WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK AJ Godios, Emmanuel (Fr., Hamburg, N.Y.) - Godios set two Emmanuel records at the J. Elmer Swanson Spring Classic at Wesleyan University. The first year finished third in the 200m dash with a school-record time of 26.02 seconds and then took second in the long jump with a school-record lead of 5.15m. In addition, Godios rounded out the day with a fifth place finish in the 100m event, crossing the finish line in 12.92 seconds. |
GNAC WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Ashley Keleher, Colby-Sawyer (So., Mashpee, Mass.) - Keleher broke yet another school record, this time in the 100-meter dash with a new record holding time of 12.71. The sophomore also placed second in the 200-meter dash with a final time of 27.44, receiving a podium spot in her event.
Faith Mazzapica, Colby-Sawyer (So., Tewksbury, Mass) - Mazzapica finished in fifth place out of 29 participants during the Hammer throw, with a distance of 33.26 meters.
Mikayla Francois, Regis (Jr., Walpole, Mass.) - Francois broke the school record in the high jump as Regis opened its outdoor season Saturday at the BSU Bears Invitational. She cleared 1.42 meters (4' 7.75") in the high jump, 0.13 meters more than the previous mark set four years ago at the 2018 GNAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Francois also finished 15th overall in the 100 meter hurdles in 18.51 seconds and 17th overall in the 200 meter dash in 28.86 seconds
Brett Kiesel, Regis (Jr., Rocky Hill, Conn.) - Kiesel broke the school record in the javelin throw as Regis began its outdoor season Saturday at the BSU Bears Invitational. Kiesel finished 10th in the javelin throw with a mark of 45.33 meters (148' 9"), 2.49 meters further than the previous mark established seven years ago at the 2015 Smith College Invitational. He also finished 15th in the discus throw with a mark of 32.72 meters (107' 4") accomplished on his final attempt.
James Benson, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Sr., Gorham, Maine) - Benson took third with a new team record in the Triple Jump (12.51m), placed 11th in the 100 Meter Dash with a 11.71 effort, and was 13th in the Long Jump (5.93) at Bridgewater State on Saturday.
The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) is an NCAA Division III association made up of 14 member institutions and over 3,500 student-athletes across the New England region. Founded in 1995, the GNAC annually sponsors and administers 22 championships, while balancing academic integrity, athletic opportunity and community involvement in an effort to enhance the student-athlete experience.
