MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ryan Farr, Saint Joseph's (Me.) (So., Gorham, Maine) - Farr won the 400-meter dash (51.61) and 200-meter dash (23.31) and kicked off the Monks' winning 4x400-meter relay (3:37.87) at Regis College on Saturday. |

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Samantha VanDeMoere (Sr., Thornton, N.H.) - VanDeMoere broke the Monks' 800-meter record with a second-place time of 2:25.58 and kicked off the team's winning 4x400-meter relay (4:51.43) while placing sixth in the long jump (3.93m) and 12th in the javelin throw (19.69m) at Regis College on Saturday.

MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Brett Kiesel (Jr., Rocky Hill, Conn.) - Kiesel improved upon his own school record mark in the javelin throw, finishing in second place at 47.82 meters (156' 11"). He also won the discus throw by over two meters with a top mark of 34.62 meters (113' 7"). Both marks were season-high efforts and place him second on the GNAC performance list in both events. |

WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Caileigh Blackmer, Emmanuel (Sr., Warwick, R.I.) - Blackmer posted a new Emmanuel record in the hammer throw, winning the event at the Regis Pre-Championship meet with a toss of 41.64 meters, besting the rest of the field by more than five meters. |

MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Brady Mackechnie, Lasell (Fr., East Longmeadow, Mass.) - During the pre-conference meet at Regis Saturday, Mackechnie placed first in the 110-meter hurdles (17.11) and first in the 400-meter hurdles (60.34). He also set a school record and finished first with his team in the 4x100-meter relay (44.72). |

WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK A.J. Godios, Emmanuel (Fr., Hamburg, N.Y.) - Godios posted two NCAA D-III New England qualifying performances at the Regis College Pre-Championship meet with a win in the 400m race, breaking the one-minute barrier with a time of 59.96 seconds. Godios also won the 100m dash with a time of 13.09 seconds. In addition to these events, the first-year took home second place in the triple jump with a leap of 9.86 meters. |
