PLAYER OF THE WEEK Caitlyn Scott, Albertus Magnus (Jr., G - White Plains, N.Y.) - Scott led the Falcons last week with 25.0 points per game as the team posted a 1-1 record. The junior guard went 17-for-34 (50.0%) from the field to go along with 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Scott started off the week by scoring a team-high 24 points to go along with three rebounds and four steals in a hard-fought road setback to No. 11 nationally-ranked Springfield on Wednesday. She then racked up a team-leading 26 points (9-14 FG, 1-4 3PT, 7-10 FT) and five assists to lead Albertus to a thrilling 87-86 home win over Mitchell on Saturday. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Mikayler Patch, Elms (First Year, F - North Attleborough, Mass.) - In the Blazers' 71-54 win over Lesley last week, the rookie registered 15 points and nine rebounds across 31 minutes of action. Patch shot 7-of-18 from the floor, while five of the nine boards came on the offensive end in the Elms victory. Along with Elms first-year Kayla Jackson capturing a pair of GNAC Rookie of the Week honors, the Blazers have now won the honor three times in six weeks to begin the 2022-23 campaign. |
