PLAYER OF THE WEEK Maya Slisz, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Jr., G) University Saint Joseph (Conn.) guard Maya Slisz earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team at the Smith Holiday Classic after averaging 20.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists at the event. In the opening game, Slisz scored 14 points and grabbed three boards, while also dishing out four helpers. She followed that up with 27 points and seven rebounds against UMass Dartmouth. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Grace Ramsdell, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (So., F) Saint Joseph’s (Maine) forward Grace Ramsdell enjoyed her teams trip to California during the intersession break as she averaged 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds in the Monks pair of contests. She shot 55.0 percent (11-for-20) from the field. She closed out the week with a strong showing against Cal Lutheran, posting a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. She also had two steals in the contest. |
