Player Of The Week
Ella Highbarger, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (So.)
Sophomore Ella Highbarger had a strong start to her sophomore season, scoring six goals on nine total shot attempts, including the game-tying goal and game-winning goal in a overtime victory over Plymouth State.
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Alexis Eldridge, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Sr.)
Senior Alexis Eldridge was excellent in leading the Monks to their first win of the season - and first-ever over Plymouth State University - with 11 saves in the 10-9 overtime triumph.
Rookie Of The Week
Grace Joly, Colby-Sawyer (Fr.)
Freshman Grace Joly had a strong collegiate debut for the Chargers against Clark to open the season. She dished out two assists while scoring her first collegiate goal. Grace grabbed four ground balls, a draw control, and caused three turnovers. Her lone goal came on three total shots, with two of those shots landing on goal.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Lauren Vignola, Colby-Sawyer - Vignola had an explosive start to the season for the Chargers in the season opener over Clark. Lauren scored six goals, tying her for third in program history for most goals in a single game. She would pick up those six goals on seven shots on goal while having a 66.7% shot percentage with nine total shots.
Bridget McNamara, Simmons - McNamara tallied five goals in a non-conference setback to Emerson, in which McNamara's five goals marked the highest goal total by a rookie in her collegiate debut in the program's history.
Alana Picard, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Picard netted two goals and had two assists for four points in the Blue Jays' setback to Fitchburg State. She also added seven ground balls, four draw controls, and four caused turnovers.
