Player Of The Week
Madeline Wright, Emmanuel (Sr.)
Senior Madeline Wright powered Emmanuel to a 2–1 week with a dominant all-around performance, totaling 13 goals and one assist for 14 points. She also controlled possession with 23 draw controls while adding seven ground balls and three caused turnovers. Wright highlighted the week with a seven-goal effort in an 18–7 conference win over Norwich.
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Arrianna Imbriano, Rivier (Fr.)
Freshman Arrianna Imbriano posted 28 saves with a 59.6% save percentage and a 9.50 goals against average this week and collected a career-best 19 saves against USJ.
Rookie Of The Week
Kailey Krusewski, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Fr.)
Freshman Kailey Krusewski netted 11 goals for the Blue Jays in a 1-1 week with 10 ground balls and three caused turnovers. Krusewski netted four in a setback to Eastern Connecticut State before scoring a career-high seven goals in a 13-11 conference win over Rivier while posting eight ground balls and two caused turnovers for USJ.
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Lauren Vignola, Colby-Sawyer - Vignola had another great week for the Chargers as her scoring numbers just continue to grow as she netted another 8 goals. Vignola would score four goals each against VTSU Castleton and Elms. Lauren would also grab two ground balls with a 72.2% shots on goal.
Elena Bronson, Colby-Sawyer - Bronson had the best week of her career this past week to help the Chargers keep their unbeaten streak. Bronson scored 4 goals and had four assists against VTSU Castleton in a 20-3 game. Elena would follow that performance with a one goal, three assist effort in a 20-1 victory over conference opponent Elms. Bronson's week would be highlighted by a 87.5% for shots on goal, and 12 total points with 4 ground balls and 9 draw controls.
Meadow Gilchrist, New England College - Gilchrist delivered an impactful performance to lead the Pilgrims to a 2-0 week. Gilchrist totaled four goals and five assists for nine points, while adding three ground balls and a caused turnover in Wednesday’s 18-4 victory over Elms. The Stamford, Connecticut native followed that effort with a three-goal performance on Saturday, while also contributing a ground ball and a caused turnover in the ‘Grims 13-8 victory over Simmons.
Tatum Villa, New England College - Villa anchored the Pilgrims’ defense with two strong performances during a 2-0 week for NEC. Villa made three saves in 30 minutes of action in an 18-4 victory over Elms on Wednesday. The Framingham, Massachusetts native followed that effort with seven saves over 60 minutes in the ‘Grims 13-8 come-from-behind win against Simmons on Saturday, helping the Pilgrims improve to 2-0 in conference action.
Caitlyn Fielder, Norwich - Fielder powered Norwich through a demanding 2-1 week with dominant all-around production, totaling 18 points on 13 goals and five assists while controlling possession and impacting the game in multiple phases with 22 draw controls, 10 ground balls, and four caused turnovers. The senior midfielder opened the week with six points in a dramatic 10-9 comeback victory at Plattsburgh State University, recording three goals and three assists while adding three ground balls, four draw controls, and two caused turnovers as the Cadets erased a five-goal deficit with a decisive second-half surge. Fielder followed with a career performance in Norwich’s 20-13 win over Curry College, exploding for a career-high seven goals and two assists for nine points. She also collected five ground balls and secured eight draw controls while reaching the milestone of her 100th career goal. She closed the stretch with another strong effort against defending GNAC champion Emmanuel College, recording a hat trick and winning a game-high 10 draw controls.
Taylor Dumond, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Dumond netted 10 goals with one assist in three games last week. She scored five goals and added an assist in a loss to Ohio Wesleyan in Puerto Rico on Wednesday and added four goals in a lopsided victory at Albertus Magnus on Saturday.
Emily Horn, Simmons - Horn tied her season-high in goals with 4 in a win over Regis and booked 7 points total on the week for the Sharks.
