PLAYER OF THE WEEK Isabella Marquez, Emmanuel (Jr., OH) Emmanuel Junior Isabella Marquez repeats as this weeks Player of the Week after helping the Saints go 4-0 on the week. Marquez racked up a total of 55 kills in nine sets and also tacked on 32 digs and 13 service aces. She recorded a double-double in a sweep against Fisher College with 14 kills and 11 assists. She also put up an impressive 21 kills and nine digs in a five set conference match against Colby-Sawyer. Marquez is currenty ranked first in the GNAC in both kills (111) and kills per set (4.11). She is also tied for first in the GNAC in total points (134.0). |

SETTER OF THE WEEK Kason Huynh, Emmanuel (So., S) Emmanuel Sophomore Kason Huynh helped lead the Saints to an undefeated 4-0 week which included two conference wins. In just 15 sets, the sophomore notched 129 total assists, averaging an impressive 8.60 assists per set. On Saturday (Sep. 14) against Johnson and Wales, she recorded her first double-double of the weekend with 25 assists and 16 digs. Later that day against Colby-Sawyer, she recorded another double-double with a career high 49 assists and an additional 23 digs. After week three, Huynh leads the GNAC in both assists (230) and assists per set (7.93). |

LIBERO OF THE WEEK Kamdyn Tenorio, Regis (Sr., OH/DS) Regis junior Kamdyn Tenorio played a huge part in Regis' defense, helping them go 3-0 on the week. On Tuesday (Sep. 10), she helped hand Wellesley their first loss of the year while putting up 19 digs along with four assists. Then, to open up conference play on Saturday (Sep. 14), Tenorio accumulated another 19 digs, while tacking on two assists and a service ace to sweep Norwich. Later that day, she notched a season-high 28 digs, four assists, and three service aces in a 3-1 win vs. MCLA. Tenorio currently leads the GNAC in total digs (181). |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Trinity Silva, Lasell (Fy., S/OPP) First-year setter Trinity Silva notched 52 total assists across three matches, helping Lasell go 2-1 on the week. On Wednesday (Sep. 11), Silva notched 18 assists against Brandeis and also added three digs. Then on Saturday (Sep. 14) against Emerson, she added another 12 assists. Later that day, she tacked on an impressive 22 assists and seven digs in a 3-1 loss vs. UMass Dartmouth. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Peyton Oliver, Johnson & Wales - Notched 40 kills, 20 digs, and seven service aces in a 2-1 week for the Wildcats. Is currently ranked second in the GNAC for kills (109).
Skylar Winchester, Johnson & Wales - The first year setter nearly recorded a triple double against Colby-Sawyer with ten kills, 13 digs, and seven service aces.
Julia Lent, Mitchell - The junior recorded 60 digs across two matches, averaging 7.50 digs per set. Currently leads the GNAC in digs per set (6.42) and is second in total digs (154).
Kiersten Veenstra, Mitchell - Recorded two double-doubles in two games. Had 23 assists and 12 digs against Framingham State and 34 assists with 13 digs against Rivier.
Ahnasia Mckinney, Regis - Led Regis to a 3-0 week while recording 24 kills, 49 assists, and 27 digs. Notched a double-double against Wellesley.
