Elms grad student Carissa Ramirez (#17) put together an 11-point week as the Blazers went 2-0 in GNAC play.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK Carissa Ramirez, Elms (Grad, F/M) - Ramirez had four goals and three assists for a stellar 11-point week as the Blazers went 2-0. She had a hat trick with an assist in a 6-2 win over USJ before getting involved in all three goals (one tally, two assists) in a 2-0 win over Lasell. |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Emma Sheehan, Simmons (Junior, GK - Taunton, Mass.) - Sheehan guided Simmons to a 2-0 week, which included a midweek 2-1 victory over Saint Joseph's of Maine, handing the Monks their first conference loss of the year and snapping a 25-game GNAC win streak. Playing all 60 minutes in net, Sheehan registered nine saves on 10 shots before closing out the week with her third shutout of the season, posting three saves in a 5-0 road victory over St. Joseph (Conn.). |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Emilia Elko, Simmons (First Year, A - Richboro, Pa.) - Elko led the Sharks to a 2-0 week, which included handing Saint Joseph's of Maine its first conference loss and snapped the Monks' 25-game GNAC win streak on Wednesday evening. She totaled four goals and two assists on the 2-0 week. Against the Monks, Elko scored the game-winner in the 54th minute before closing out the week with a hat trick and two assists in a 5-0 shutout over St. Joseph (Conn.). She currently ranks fourth amongst conference leaders in goals (9) and points (20) against GNAC opponents. |
HONOR ROLL
Hannah Tobey, Anna Maria (Jr., GK - Falmouth, Mass.) - Tobey allowed just two goals over two conference games last week – a pair of tough-luck 1-0 setbacks. The junior totaled 13 saves with an .867 save percentage as Anna Maria held Johnson & Wales, the second-ranked offense in the conference, to one goal before doing the same to Colby-Sawyer's third-ranked offense.
Julia Lanctot, Colby-Sawyer (GS, M - Sandown, N.H.) - Lanctot scored the game-winner in a 1-0 win over Rivier to help the Chargers to a 2-0 week in GNAC play.
Lauren Wilkinson, Colby-Sawyer (Jr, GK - Lynn, Mass.) - Wilkinson did not allow a goal this past week, posting two GNAC shutouts. Lauren had five saves against Rivier in a 1-0 victory and then seven saves in a 1-0 win at Anna Maria.
Claire Decker, Johnson & Wales (RI) (Sr., M/D - Saco, Maine) - In a pair of victories this week, Decker totaled six shots with three one goal, converting one shot for a game winning goal. He tally came in the first quarter of a 2-1 victory over the Saint Joseph's (Me.) Monks, with her goal coming as the game winner.
Frankie Alley, Regis (Mass.) (Fy., F - Gardner, Mass.) - Alley has emerged as Regis' top offensive player, helping the Pride to two straight victories over the past week. Wednesday, she scored the team's second goal of the match at Dean as Regis went on to a 4-0 victory. Alley led the team with four shots, including three shots on goal. Saturday, she once again led the way with seven total shots as Regis put together its highest offensive output in four years with a 9-2 victory. Alley scored twice and also picked up an assist in the contest. For the season, she leads the team with five goals and four assists for 14 total points.
