PLAYER OF THE WEEK Megan Salsinha, Johnson & Wales (Gr., F/M) Graduate Student Megan Salsinha delivered for the top-seeded Wildcats in a GNAC quarterfinal victory over No. 8 seed Dean this past Saturday, Nov. 2. Salsinha collected a hat trick, netting all three JWU goals to help advance them to the semifinals where they will take on No. 5 seed Saint Joseph's (Maine) on Wednesday, Nov. 6. The Grad student has 15 goals on the season, which is good for fifth in the conference. |

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK Haley Budenas, Johnson & Wales (Sr. D) Senior Haley Budenas anchored a JWU defense who continues to dominate on the defensive side of the field as her leadership on that end gave the Wildcats two shutout victories over the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) and a playoff victory over Dean. Budenas collected an assist against Dean as well. |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Makenzie Anderson, New England College (Jr., GK) Junior Makenzie Anderson collected seven saves in a pair of victories over Lasell this past week as she earned her fourth shutout of the season in a regular season finale on Wednesday (Oct. 30), totaling six saves and collected another win in a double OT thriller in their quarterfinals matchup, earning a semifinals date with No. 3 seed Simmons. The junior is first in wins (16) for the No. 2 seed Pilgrims. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Brooke Farquhar, Colby-Sawyer (Fr., F/M) First-year Brooke Farquhar picked up 2 goals and 4 assists in an 11-0 win over Elms this past week,which made her the new single season points leader in the program's history and single season assists leader. The first-year leads the conference in assists with 14 and is third in goals with 16. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Courtney Larson, Colby-Sawyer -Picked up two goals, two assists in a regular season finale victory over Elms.
Sophia Brea, Johnson & Wales - Recorded a pair of shutouts, including one in the quarterfinals to advance JWU to the semis. Collected 3 saves total.
Courtney Tello, Lasell - Posted 21 saves in two setbacks against New England College, including 14 in a GNAC Quarterfinals match-up.
Meaghan McCamish, New England College - Collected a goal in each of NEC's wins over Lasell, assisting in the Pilgrims to advance to the semifinals.
Frankie Alley, Regis - Collected two goals and two assists in season finale victory over Anna Maria.
Isabella Littler, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Notched five points on the week (two goals, one assist), three of them coming in an upset victory over Colby-Sawyer in the quarterfinals.
Hannah Groves, Simmons - Collected a hat-trick in regular season finale victory over Saint Joseph's (Maine).
