Emmanuel's Kyle King earned GNAC Player of the Week honors after nearly helping push the Saints past No. 2 Norwich in the GNAC Tournament Quarterfinals.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK Kyle King, Emmanuel (Mass.) (Sr, F - Gorham, Maine) - King netted a pair of goals in his final collegiate contest against No. 2 Norwich University in the GNAC Quarterfinals. His first score tied the match up midway through the second half before he netted a go-ahead goal minutes later, as the Saints pushed the second-seeded Cadets to penalty kicks on Saturday.

GOALKEEPER / ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Sebastian Lembo, Rivier (Fr., GK) - Lembo stopped 17 of 18 shots despite a pait of losses, including a 13-save performance in a 1-0 regular-season finale loss at top-seeded JWU.

HONOR ROLL
Esteban Osorio, Johnson & Wales (RI) (Jr., F - Central Falls, R.I.) - Osorio helped the Wildcats to a quarterfinal victory on Saturday. Osorio assisted on the second goal for the Wildcats, before scoring the final goal of the game to give JWU A4-0 victory. He scored on one of his two shots, tallying three points. Osorio finished the week with 1.5 shots per game, a .333 shot conversion percentage, and a .667 shot on goal percentage.
Joseph Thongsythavong, Norwich (Jr., F - Salem, Mass.) - Thongsythavong scored twice, including the game-winning goal in Wednesday's 3-0 win over Elms. He then scored again with the game-tying goal with 10:40 left in regulation to allow the Cadets to push the game to PKs and then advance with a 5-4 win in PKs. Thongsythavong also shot first for Norwich and scored to give Norwich the early lead in the PK shootout. Thongsythavong has scored in 11 straight games, which matches Norwich's 11-game unbeaten streak with a 10-0-1 record.
Freddie Beckmann, Regis (Mass.) (Sr., GK - Franklin, Mass.) - Beckmann's career-best effort helped Regis close out the regular season with a 1-0 victory at Emmanuel Wednesday night, moving the Pride up into the sixth seed position in the GNAC Tournament. He made a career-high 14 saves, included on a penalty kick with less than 12 minutes remaining in regulation. He also made three saves in the final three minutes of the second half to preserve his fourth shutout of the season. Beckmann then made seven saves in the GNAC Tournament quarterfinal at Johnson & Wales Saturday. For the season, he is fourth in the league with 67 total saves.
DeAnte Anderson, St. Joseph (Conn.) (Sr., F - Bloomfield, Conn.) - Anderson netted three goals for a six-point week, helping power the Blue Jays to a 2-0 record on the week, including a GNAC Quarterfinal upset on Saturday as fifth-seeded USJ downed fourth-seeded Albertus Magnus on the road. Anderson opened the week by potting a pair goals in USJ's regular season finale, a 5-1 triumph on Wednesday at Anna Maria. He followed that up by tacking on an insurance goal to secure USJ's GNAC Tournament Quarterfinal win on Saturday at Albertus Magnus, as the Blue Jays defeated the Falcons 4-0 in New Haven to advance to the GNAC Semifinals for the second consecutive season.
Jose Miguel Garcia Martin, St. Joseph (Conn.) (So., GK - Madrid, Spain) - Garcia Martin helped power the Blue Jays to a 2-0 week, including a GNAC Tournament Quarterfinal upset as fifth-seeded USJ downed fourth-seeded Albertus Magnus in New Haven on Saturday. Martin recorded nine saves on the week, including six big ones on Saturday against Albertus Magnus as the Blue Jays shutout the Falcons, 4-0, to advance to the GNAC Semifinals. It marked Martin's fourth shutout of the season. Earlier in the week, Martin turned away three shots in 45 minutes of work in a 5-1 rout of Anna Maria on the road in USJ's regular season finale Wednesday.
Colin Grant, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (GR, D - Harvard, Mass.) - Grant tallied three goals and an assist for eight total points in a 2-0 week for the Monks. The graduate student defender scored three goals and added a helper in a 5-0 triumph over Dean College on Tuesday and assisted on the game-winning goal in a GNAC quarterfinal win versus Colby-Sawyer on Saturday.
