Albertus Magnus first-year Jakara Murray-Leach took home GNAC Player and Rookie of the Week accolades for the second straight week.

PLAYER / ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Jakara Murray-Leach, Albertus Magnus (Fr., G/F - Norwalk, Conn.) - Murray-Leach averaged 20.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 4.0 steals in a 1-1 week for the Falcons, while shooting 46.9% (15-32) from the floor, including a scorching 55.6% (10-18) from behind the arc. She had 13 points and five steals in a 77-67 loss to Montclair State before tying her season-high with 28 points (10-15 FG, 7-9 3PT, 1-3 FT) with three steals and three boards in 58-57 road win over Mitchell. This marks the second week in a row that the first-year has claimed both GNAC Player and Rookie of the Week accolades.

Olivia Matela, Emmanuel (Mass.) (So, G - Swampscott, Mass.) - Matela notched 13 points (6-11 FG) in just 12 minutes of action in the Saints' 84-50 road victory over Elms last Monday.
Autumn Ford, Johnson & Wales (RI) (So., G - Brooklyn, N.Y.) - Ford totaled 12 points (6-12 FG) against Clark on Sunday afternoon and added four assists and three steals.
