Francis Dallatore (Men's Volleyball- Rivier), Olivia DiNucci (Women's Basketball- Emerson), Suki Hood (Women's Swimming- St. Joseph (CT), and Matt Pepidionovic (Men's Basketball- Suffolk) have been named Great Northeast Athletic Conference Rookies of the Week.

Men's Basketball- Matt Pepdjonovic, Suffolk University, Freshman, Quincy, Mass.

Freshman center Matt Pepdjonovic posted two double-doubles this week for the Rams, averaging 13 points and 14 rebounds per game. In the GNAC conference match up, Pepdjonovic scored 16 points and tallied 16 rebounds in the 71-54 victory Saturday over Emmanuel. The freshman is making himself known in the GNAC with a ranking of 1^st place in rebounds with 252 and 15^th in scoring with 282 points. Also he is ranked 12^th for field goal pct (.494), 12^th for steals (29), 10^th for blocked shots (22), 2^nd for offensive rebounds (83), and 1^st for defensive rebounds (169).

Women's Basketball- Olivia DiNucci, Emerson College, Freshman, Pittsburgh, Penn.

DiNucci once again led Emerson with her solid play against conference rivals Simmons College and Albertus Magnus College. She totaled 20 points and 10 rebounds in a GNAC win over Simmons. Shooting a perfect 7-7 from the free throw line for the week and also dazzled fans by shooting.556 from three-point range. DiNucci has been topping the statistic charts in the GNAC and is currently ranked 3^rd in the GNAC for scoring with 327 points, 9^th for field goal pct (.446), 3^rd in free throw pct (.852), 6^th in three-point fg pct (.401), and 2^nd in three-point fg made (59).

Men's Volleyball- Francis Dallatore, Rivier College, Freshman, Wilmington, D.E

Dallatore, the freshman outside hitter, helped the Raiders to two conference victories over Albertus Magnus College. He dropped in 14 kills with only 3 errors during the two matches for a .423 hitting percentage. Dallatore helped move the Raiders' overall this season to 11-1 with the only loss to Springfield College.

Women's Swimming- Suki Hood, St. Joseph (CT), Freshman, North Haven, Conn.

Freshman Suki Hood, swept a double-dual meet in the 800-meter freestyle and earned one win each in the 100 backstroke, 100 butterfly and one win as part of the 200-free relay team.
