GNAC Announces Women's Basketball Tournament Matchups, Saint Joseph's Claims Top Seed
Saint Joseph's College of Maine has earned the top seed in the 2016 GNAC Tournament, which tips off with quarterfinal action on Tuesday evening.

WINTHROP, Mass. – Saint Joseph's College of Maine has earned the top seed in the 2016 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Basketball Tournament, which tips off with quarterfinal action on Tuesday evening.
Along with the Monks, second-seeded Johnson & Wales University, third-seeded Emmanuel College and fourth-seeded Suffolk University will host quarterfinal contests on Tuesday. For the complete tournament schedule, please see below.
On Tuesday, Saint Joseph's of Maine will wecome eighth-seeded Rivier University (7:00 PM), while Suffolk hosts fifth-seeded Norwich University (7:00 PM). Emmanuel will play host to sixth-seeded Albertus Magnus College (7:00 PM) and Johnson & Wales will take on seventh-seeded Lasell College (5:30 PM).
